Storage can be a short-term or long-term solution, where essential documents which are seldom required can be stored rather than taking up valuable office space. This service enhances the reality of a paperless working environment, where important documentation must be maintained for a number of years.

The Archive Management Service Includes:

  • Storing of paper up to AO
  • Storing of CDs and Microfilms
  • Retrieval of documents via fax-back or delivery to your office (if documents are scanned, en e mail retrieval facility is available)
  • Effective cataloguing and indexing to ensure a speedy response time
  • If required Bankers Boxes can be supplied to store documents and folders
  • When a document reaches the end of its life there is a shredding service available
